Can I save attachments from Zoho Docs to Email Templates in CRM?

Problem:

I am trying to attach documents to the email signatures from Zoho Docs, but when I click attachments it only goes to my desktop on my computer and doesn’t give me the option of being able to pick documents from Zoho Docs or Documents in CRM. How can I change this to be able to do so?

Answer:

Attachments can only be added to Email Templates in CRM from desktop. To add a doc from Zoho Docs navigate to your Zoho Docs folder on your desktop which will be in sync with your Zoho Docs online. If Zoho Docs has not been installed to your desktop click here to install it - https://www.zoho.com/docs/help/zoho-docs-for-desktop.html#installing-zohodrive
Once installed wait for the sync to complete with your online Zoho Docs to see all the docs available in your Zoho Docs folder.
